Blandine and Jean-Luc were fantastic hosts, providing helpful advice and always being willing to assist. The apartment and gardens were absolutely stunning, with attention to detail in the decor and spotlessly clean. Jean Luc, the owner, was a true gentleman and made my stay all the more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, with amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance, and the train station nearby for easy exploration. The apartment itself was comfortable, with a beautiful double bed and a cool, silent basement bedroom. The room at Villa Le Nid was super cozy and felt like home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher was a game-changer for my solo travels, allowing me to cook my own meals and save money. Plus, having a washing machine in the room meant I could pack light and have clean clothes throughout my stay. And let's not forget the flat-screen TV in both the living room and bedroom - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring!
Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about the room. However, the private entrance was a bit tricky to find at first, but once I got the hang of it, it wasn't a big deal.

I absolutely loved the classic and elegant decoration of the hotel. The beautiful Belle Epoque-style villa with its tastefully designed interiors made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas of the hotel, such as the private garden and balcony, were perfect for relaxation and enjoying the lovely weather. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with everything conveniently located and easily accessible without any stairs or long walks.
I would have enjoyed a more varied menu of activities specifically tailored to senior guests.
